Delivery and Returns
Orders made before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, except during very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods. During very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods, we still dispatch the vast majority of orders same day, but unfortunately cannot guarantee this for all orders. Orders placed on the weekend are dispatched on Monday.

*Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on our Next Day service. Orders placed after will be shipped the following buisness day. No Saturday Delivery. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered Monday.
RETURNING GOODS FROM THE UK
We understand that sometimes people wish to return goods for a variety of reasons. That's why we offer an easy FREE UK 30 days returns policy. It's our gentlemen's agreement.
Unwanted goods must be returned in an unused, fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
You will receive paperwork with a website link to our returns portal. Please submit your return through this. It will give you the option to obtain a free returns label for Royal Mail or DPD. You can also access the portal here https://returnsportal.shop/alan-paine
RETURNING GOODS FROM EUROPE
We have set up a European returns depot in the Netherlands. You will receive paperwork with a website link to our returns portal. Please submit your return through this. You will be provided with the return address and instructions through the portal.
Please note orders must not be returned to our UK address.
If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of return postage is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will pay the cost of returning the item. Proof of postage costs will be required.

RETURNING GOODS FROM REST OF THE WORLD
We have now introduced a returns portal for all returns. You will receive paperwork with a link to the portal inside your parcel. Using this customers outside of the EU such as the US, Australia, Canada and the rest of the world have the option to purchase a returns label from us. We understand that returning items to the UK from many of these countries can be very costly. Thich is why we have introduced this to minimise additional costs and make the return process easier.
If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of return postage is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty then please contact us with evidence of the fault and we will assist in arranging the return at our cost.
